The Colin Incident

The Colin Incident is an incident in Baldi's Basics Fanon Wiki that happened around late June to Mid July 2020. It has a page on the FightingMouse2 Wiki.

Origin

In around late June 2020, the page Colin was created by Fightingmouse2. The page began to trend some days later and more people were contributing to the page.

Start of the incident

Some days later after the creation of the Colin page, the page got filled with concerning comments and replies about the page.

During the incident

The page was edited with deletion templates and they were removed repeatetly. The people who commented on the page where concerned about the character's image, which was a full body image of the creator of the page/character. The people who commented were very concerned for Fightingmouse2, and were trying to stop his image from being exploited. Two users named EthanCraft513 and Saiki fan - full of rage were mad at Fightingmouse2 for stealing designs from Saiki’s page (Carter). During the time the two were mad, Fightingmouse2 changed the design, Saiki stopped being mad but Ethan was still mad because of stealing 0th Prize’s design. Fightingmouse2 changed the design AGAIN and it was custom made so EthanCraft513 stopped being mad. Then the design was changed again and nearly everyone was mad.

Effects on Fightingmouse2

Fightingmouse2, the page creator, was angered and commented and replied on the Colin page not to bully him and vandalise the page (completely taking criticism the wrong way). As a result, Fightmouse2 left the wiki in a fit of rage. But came back to a wiki known as the Gustavo’s Schoolhouse wiki as a Guest Account and made a page called "Caketavo Matt". Then he got warned on the wiki.

Other events during the incident

• Spam pages were created to make a chain to one user who is glad that the Colin page was deleted.
• 2 users are created just to celebrate the end of the Colin page.
  • Alongside that, one user got globally blocked by Fandom due to his name containing the word f*ck.
• The template hot garbage was created for the page by user Pumpkinholic, but later deleted by admins because it is considered vandalism.

End of the incident

Around Mid-July 2020, the Colin page was renamed to an inappropriate page and the vandalism was over with more than 3 Colin spam pages and most spam pages became candidates for deletion. One page was later then made as a remastered version of his page. But then it got deleted. Vandilism was done by multiple people including Saiki and Pumpkinholic due to them being angered by the fact the page was still up.
